This 5 day workshop is intended to guide you to adapt mentally and physically to fasting.
– There will be daily videos covering the following:
- The physiology behind weight gain and weight loss
- The physiological and mental benefits of fasting
- Practical advice on how to fast effectively and safely
- How to manage the side effects of fasting
- How to reach and maintain your goal weight
– Personal guidance with both Marissa and Thea to help you through the initial few days of fasting
– A WhatsApp group with both Thea and Marissa to help motivate, guide, and help you to get the most of your fasting efforts during the five days of the workshop
