Meal Plan: Fast to Feast - Spring
A meal plan designed to fit your needs while you are on the Fast to Feast program for the spring season. We have other seasons available too to make your experience of the program that much more enjoyable.
The Fast to Feast program is a 5 day workshop intended to guide you to adapt mentally and physically to fasting.
– There will be daily videos covering the following:
- The physiology behind weight gain and weight loss
- The physiological and mental benefits of fasting
- Practical advice on how to fast effectively and safely
- How to manage the side effects of fasting
- How to reach and maintain your goal weight
