Initial consultation
⁃ 60 minute meeting to review current health status, past medical history, diet, lifestyle, checking of vitals and physical exams or blood work if deemed necessary.
⁃ Treatment will include, diet and lifestyle changes, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, hydrotherapy, neuromuscular technique, magnetic therapy or referrals if deemed necessary.
⁃ Cost is R750

Follow-up
Follow up appointments are 30 minutes and used to check in with patients progress and fine tune or change treatment plan.
⁃ Cost is R450
